Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical Telemetry at Highland Park Hospital. This part-time night shift (7pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends requires 24 hours per week and offers hourly pay between $37.25 and $57.74 based on experience. The role emphasizes safe, compassionate care and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Required IL nursing licensure, NLN-accredited nursing education, and BLS/CPR certification. CNA experience considered, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Prior nursing or CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

Hourly Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.
