Job summary

Mercy is seeking nurses for its year-long Nurse Residency Program in a Med Tele unit. You will apply the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and collaborate with other departments to support care effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state or with compact licensure
• Basic Life Support certification (or within 30 days of hire)
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
