Mercy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver patient care on a Med-surg Telemetry unit, using the nursing process to monitor, assess, and advocate for patients while maintaining rights and confidentiality.

You will participate in a year-long Nurse Residency Program designed to support professional growth, with 12-hour shifts and options for full-time or part-time schedules, including rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate or soon-to-graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in the state or within a compact license agreement.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various motions required for patient care.
