Southern Health Partners (SHP) seeks a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to oversee healthcare services at the Sauk County Law Enforcement Center in Wisconsin. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with guiding a dedicated healthcare team in a correctional setting.

This full-time position features a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with on-call responsibilities and potential for sign-on and retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license and current state licensure.
• Experience leading nursing teams in clinical settings.
• Ability to coordinate staffing and maintain records.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily healthcare operations at the facility.
• Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily healthcare operations and support the delivery of quality patient care
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff and healthcare team members
• Help coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow to support facility needs
• Monitor compliance with established policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
• Support medication administration, nursing assessments, chronic care, and other essential healthcare services
• Promote accurate, timely documentation and appropriate follow-up on patient care needs
• Communicate with healthcare leadership and correctional facility personnel as needed
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional healthcare environment
• Respond to on-call needs and assist with clinical concerns outside regular working hours when required
• Practice in accordance with applicable licensure requirements, clinical standards, and SHP policies
