Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to lead healthcare services at the Sauk County Law Enforcement Center in Wisconsin.

The role focuses on clinical leadership, staff guidance, and ensuring quality patient care in a structured correctional setting. The RN MTA will oversee daily operations, coordinate scheduling, monitor compliance, support documentation, and respond to on-call needs, all while upholding licensure requirements and SHP

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin is required or pending full eligibility.
• Experience in clinical leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to lead a healthcare team in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily healthcare operations and support delivery of quality patient care
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff and healthcare team members
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow to meet facility needs
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
• Support medication administration, nursing assessments, chronic care, and other essential services
• Promote accurate, timely documentation and appropriate follow-up on patient needs
• Communicate with healthcare leadership and correctional facility personnel as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional healthcare environment
• Respond to on-call needs and assist with clinical concerns outside regular hours
• Practice in accordance with licensure requirements, standards, and SHP policies
