Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to oversee healthcare services at the Sauk County Law Enforcement Center in Wisconsin. This full-time, on-call role offers a consistent weekday schedule and a chance to lead a healthcare team in a structured correctional setting.

The RN MTA will oversee daily operations, provide clinical guidance, coordinate staffing and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and SHP policies.

Qualifications

• RN with current license in Wisconsin is expected.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance to nursing staff.
• Strong teamwork and communication with healthcare team and facility personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily healthcare operations and support quality patient care.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff and healthcare team members.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and daily workflow to meet facility needs.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures and clinical protocols.
• Support medication administration, nursing assessments, chronic care and related services.
• Promote accurate, timely documentation and follow-up on patient care needs.
• Communicate with healthcare leadership and correctional facility personnel as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional healthcare environment.
• Respond to on-call needs and assist with clinical concerns outside regular hours when required.
• Practice in accordance with licensure requirements and SHP policies.
