Responsibilities

• Oversee daily healthcare operations and support quality patient care.
• Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff and healthcare team members.
• Coordinate staffing and daily workflow to meet facility needs.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Support medication administration and chronic care services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prompt follow-up on patient needs.
• Communicate with healthcare leadership and correctional staff as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized healthcare environment.
• Respond to on-call needs and assist after hours when required.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily healthcare operations and support the delivery of quality patient care
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff and healthcare team members
• Help coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow to support facility needs
• Monitor compliance with established policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
• Support medication administration, nursing assessments, chronic care, and other essential healthcare services
• Promote accurate, timely documentation and appropriate follow-up on patient care needs
• Communicate with healthcare leadership and correctional facility personnel as needed
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional healthcare environment
• Respond to on-call needs and assist with clinical concerns outside regular working hours when required
