Southern Health Partners seeks a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to oversee healthcare services at Sauk County Law Enforcement Center in Wisconsin. This full-time on-site role combines clinical leadership with hands-on patient care in a correctional setting.

You will provide guidance to nursing staff, coordinate staffing and daily workflow, ensure policy compliance, and support medication administration and assessments.

Qualifications

• This role requires RN licensure and leadership abilities.
• Experience guiding nursing staff in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care in a correctional environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily healthcare operations and support the delivery of quality patient care
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff and healthcare team members
• Help coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow to support facility needs
• Monitor compliance with established policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
• Support medication administration, nursing assessments, chronic care, and other essential healthcare services
• Promote accurate, timely documentation and appropriate follow-up on patient care needs
• Communicate with healthcare leadership and correctional facility personnel as needed
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional healthcare environment
• Respond to on-call needs and assist with clinical concerns outside regular working hours when required
• Practice in accordance with applicable licensure requirements, clinical standards, and SHP policies
