Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford, NC is seeking a registered nurse to join the Medical/Surgical team. You will assess patients, initiate nursing interventions, and document care with a patient-centered approach.

This role features 3 x 12-hour day shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) with rotating weekends. We offer comprehensive benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) matching, and sign-on bonuses of $20,000 for experienced RNs and $10,000 for new grads.

Formación

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in nursing is required (Bachelor's degree is preferred)
• One year of RN experience in a health care setting is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

How you'll contribute

What we're looking for
