Central Carolina Hospital in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Rural Emergency Department. You will perform patient assessments, initiate nursing interventions, and document care with medical records accuracy.

This role features 7p-7a night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends, self-scheduling, and a $20,000 sign-on bonus; join a team dedicated to compassionate, high-quality patient care in a small, community-focused ED.

Qualificações

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of RN experience in healthcare setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Documents care and medical necessity in the medical record.
• Completes and revises Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

Our Emergency Department is a rural twenty-bed unit where we are focused on providing patient centered care in a friendly environment. How You'll Contribute

A Registered Nurse who excels in this role:

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

What We're Looking For

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
