Summa Health System – Akron Campus is seeking an RN for the H5 Medical Surgical Unit. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with every other weekend and holidays.

The unit focuses on post-surgical patients with a 36-bed capacity and patient ratios around 1:5 or 1:6, depending on census. The position offers a $5/hr night shift differential and a $1/hr weekend differential, plus a 12-month nurse residency program for new grads.

Qualifikationen

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Graduate from CCNE or ACEN accredited program.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• ACLS completion within six months of hire.

• Assess patient needs and respond to changes in condition.
