Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group Nephrology at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This full-time role supports the office by delivering nursing care under Physicians and Practice Manager supervision.

Responsibilities include phone triage, reviewing test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and educating patients. You will document in Epic EMR and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direction of Physicians and Practice Manager.
• Phone triage, review of test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and plans of care.
• Educate patients to support self-management and understand care plans.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
