Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical Group in Evanston, IL. This full-time role involves nursing care under physicians and office management, including triage, ordering tests, refills, prior authorizations, and educating patients. Epic EMR is used for charting.

Requirements include an IL nursing license, NLN-accredited program, and BLS/CPR certification; BSN preferred with at least 1 year of office or hospital nursing experience. Travel to other sites may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care under direction of Practice Manager and Physicians.

• Respond to NorthShore Connect messages and document in Epic.
• Coordinate care plans and support care delivery across sites as needed.
