Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group Pulmonary in Bannockburn, IL. The role is full-time, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, and some travel to other locations.

You will provide nursing care under supervision, perform triage, manage medications and prior authorizations, and educate patients. Required IL nursing license, ASN minimum with BSN preferred, BLS/CPR certification, and 1 year of office or hospital nursing experience.

Qualifications

• The candidate must hold an IL nursing license and education as an approved nursing program; ASN minimum and BSN preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of the practice manager and physicians.
• Handle phone triage, review test results, process medication refills and prior authorizations.
• Convey plans of care and educate patients; respond to NorthShore Connect messages.
• Document in Epic EMR and maintain accurate medical records.
