Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Medical Group at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This full-time position supports nursing care under physician supervision and includes patient education and care coordination.

The role requires IL licensure, ASN or higher, BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of nursing experience in office or hospital settings. Travel to other locations may be involved and hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

• Location: Evanston Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs
