Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group in Bannockburn, IL. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some travel to other sites and flexible hours to meet operational needs.

Qualifications include IL RN licensure, ASN minimum (BSN preferred), BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting; Epic EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing licensure required.
• BLS/CPR certification required by American Heart Association.
• 1 year nursing experience in office or hospital setting preferred.
• ASN minimum with BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Perform phone triage, review test results, process medication refills, prior authorizations.
• Convey plans of care and patient education/teaching.
• Review and respond to patient messages in the EMR.

Position Highlights

Hourly Pay Range: $33.96 - $52.64 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group
• Location: Bannockburn, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

What you will do

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

What you will need

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Graduate of State-approved school of nursing; ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
