Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced RN for the Fort Smith, AR area to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work within a collaborative care team, utilizing the nursing process and maintaining patient confidentiality while aligning with Mercy’s mission and service standards.

A sign-on bonus is available for full-time employment. Qualifications include a current RN license (state or compact), and BLS/ACLS credentials or eligibility within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AD/ Diploma/ BSN).
