Open to new grads through experienced nurses. The Sentara Nurse Residency program supports transition to practice, with growth opportunities across Sentara hospitals.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia or Compact Multi-State RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assess/admit patients in the Medicine Unit.
• Perform rounds checks and administer medications.
• Communicate with patients' families and care teams.
• Ensure overall care of patients and maintain safety.
