Sentara CarePlex Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Surgical Unit in Hampton, VA. The role features days shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) with 36 hours weekly (3/12 shifts) and rotating weekends. New graduates are welcome, with a starting pay rate around $36.00/hour for <1 year of experience and a $15K sign-on bonus plus relocation support.

Responsibilities include admitting patients, performing rounds, administering medications, and coordinating with families and the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality postoperative care.

Qualifications

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• RN degrees as listed in Education.

Responsabilités

• Assessing/admitting patients and rounding checks.

• Providing overall care for postoperative patients.
