Job summary

Castleview Hospital in Price, Utah, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU to deliver high-quality patient care across neonatal to geriatric populations. You will perform assessments, implement interventions, and maintain accurate documentation to support medical necessity and care planning.

Candidates should hold a current Utah RN license and an ADN or equivalent, with BLS; ACLS and PALS are expected.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• One year ICU experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Timely and accurate QI assessments.
