Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Exeter Hospital in New Hampshire is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a full-time, night shift role (7pm–7:30am, every third weekend). The 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit provides care for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients with patient ratios of 5:1 days and 6:1 nights.

Strong candidates will have a BSN preferred, NH RN license (or valid compact state), BCLS certification, and 1 year of Medical-Surgical RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN license - NH state or compact state required.
• BCLS certification either current or within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year RN experience in Medical-Surgical setting strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients.
• Maintain patient ratios of 5:1 on days and 6:1 on nights.

Unit Overview

Join our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients. The average length of stay is 3-4 days, with patient ratios of 5:1 on days and typically 6:1 on nights. This fast-paced unit offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to build strong clinical skills while delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• BSN preferred; RN license - N.H. state or any other compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire
• 1 year previous RN experience in a Medical Surgical setting strongly preferred.
