Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks a Per Diem RN for night shift on a 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit. Night coverage is 7pm-7:30am with 48hrs/6 weeks and weekend rotation.

You will provide direct nursing care on medical/surgical and telemetry patients, maintaining safe ratios and collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient care using advanced technology.

Qualifications

• RN license NH state or compact license required.
• BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification or within 1 year of hire.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for medical/surgical and telemetry patients.
• Maintain safe staffing norms and support patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Utilize hospital technology and state-of-the-art facilities to monitor patients.

Unit Overview

Join our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients. The average length of stay is 3-4 days, with patient ratios of 5:1 on days and typically 6:1 on nights. This fast-paced unit offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to build strong clinical skills while delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• RN license - N.H. state or any other compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire; BSN strongly preferred
• ACLS certified or within 1 year of hire
