Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Exeter Hospital is a nationally recognized, non-profit community hospital serving the Seacoast region since 1896. The 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit cares for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients, with 5:1 days and 6:1 nights, offering growth and strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

RN licensure (NH or compact) and BSN are preferred; BCLS certification is required or within 30 days of hire. The role features a rotating schedule 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license – NH state or any other compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire
• 1 year previous RN experience in a Medical Surgical setting strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients.
• Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment and build strong clinical skills with daily collaboration.

Schedule:

7:00 a.m. -7:30 p.m. with every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Join our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients. The average length of stay is 3–4 days, with patient ratios of 5:1 on days and typically 6:1 on nights. This fast-paced unit offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to build strong clinical skills while delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• BSN preferred; RN license – N.H. state or any other compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire
• 1 year previous RN experience in a Medical Surgical setting strongly preferred.

Pay Range

$35.00 - $63.15

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
