Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a full-time RN for its 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit. The role supports patients across medical, surgical, and telemetry services with a balanced day shift and every third weekend.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license - NH state or any other compact state.

• 1 year previous RN experience in a Medical Surgical setting strongly preferred.

• Care for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients on a 34-bed unit.
• Maintain patient safety and high-quality care.

Unit Overview

Join our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients. The average length of stay is 3-4 days, with patient ratios of 5:1 on days and typically 6:1 on nights. This fast-paced unit offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to build strong clinical skills while delivering exceptional patient care.

Summary

4 North is a 15 bed Medical/Surgical unit, whose staff provide care for some orthopaedic and oncology patients. The average length of stay 3-4 days.

Requirements

• BSN preferred; RN license - N.H. state or any other compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire
• 1 year previous RN experience in a Medical Surgical setting strongly preferred.
