Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is a nationally recognized, non-profit community hospital serving the Seacoast region since 1896. We operate a 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit with patient ratios of 5:1 by day and 6:1 at night, offering a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care.

We seek an RN with 1 year of medical‑surgical or cardiac telemetry experience; NH license (or compact), BCLS, and ACLS (or within required timelines).

Qualifications

• 1 Year previous RN experience in medical surgical or cardiac telemetry strongly preferred.
• RN License - NH state or any other compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certified or within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Caring for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients on a 34-bed unit.
• Deliver exceptional patient care with patient ratios of 5:1 days and 6:1 nights.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented nursing environment.

Unit Overview

Join our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients. The average length of stay is 3-4 days, with patient ratios of 5:1 on days and typically 6:1 on nights. This fast-paced unit offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to build strong clinical skills while delivering exceptional patient care.

Per diem Requirement: minimum of 48hrs within 6 weeks, 24hrs/weekend and holiday rotation.
