Job summary

Boston Medical Center Health Systems Brighton campus seeks a registered nurse (RN) to provide care in the Medical-Surgical unit, performing assessments, planning and education for patients and families. You will collaborate with a diverse health care team to deliver evidence-based care and ensure quality outcomes.

The position requires MA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within 90 days, and PCC within 1 year. At least 1 year of RN experience is preferred and benefits support employee wellbeing and growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

• Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN or BSN, Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

• Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Certification in basic life support (BLS)required
• Advanced Cardiac Life support(ACLS) certification required 90 days of hire
• PCC Certification required within 1 year of hire

EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years of RN experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Range:

$39.80- $93.69
