Boston Medical Center (BMC) Brighton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in the Medical Surgical unit. You will assess, plan, implement and educate patients while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Required 1+ year RN experience preferred, with a nursing degree (Diploma/ASN/BSN) and ability to obtain BSN within 4 years. BLS and ACLS are required; PCC certification expected within 12 months of hire.

• Enter and interpret computerized data/information.
• Follow guidelines and policies established by SEMC's nursing organization.
• Assist the leadership team in quality improvement projects.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN or BSN, Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Required

• Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Certification in basic life support (BLS) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life support(ACLS) certification required 90 days of hire
• PCC Certification required within 1 year of hire

Experience

• 1+ years of RN experience preferred

Knowledge And Skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to meet job responsibilities
• Basic computer proficiency

Compensation Range

$39.80- $93.69

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
