Boston Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Brighton area to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care on Medical-Surgical units. You will assess, plan, intervene and educate patients, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective treatment.
You will manage patient records, communicate with families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives, while meeting licensure requirements and hospital standards for professional practice.

Compensation Range: $39.80- $93.69 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
