Incredible Health in Temple, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse - Med Surg to manage a diverse patient population with both acute and chronic conditions. Experience in cardiac, EKG monitoring, wound care, and education is encouraged.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and collaboration with care teams to plan discharge. A license, ADN or higher, BLS, and 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license without encumbrances.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
