Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Clearlake, CA. Day and night shifts are available with full-time and part-time options.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care and collaborate with the care team to support discharge planning. Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher, an active RN license, 1 year of medical-surgical experience, BLS certification, EMR proficiency, and strong clinical assessment skills.

Formación

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• RN license active and unencumbered.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in M-S or similar setting.
• BLS certification from AHA.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 /year
