Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, IL. The role is full time, days, 36 hours per week, 7am-7pm, offering a competitive pay range and patient-focused, mission-driven care at the bedside.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with a strong clinical background and desire to coordinates and perform hands-on acute care. A BSN is preferred, and BLS is required; healthcare experience is valued.

Qualifications

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing accepted for licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
  • Provide Med/Surg nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Collaborate with the care team to implement care plans and ensure patient safety.

Pay Range:

$32.00 - $48.00

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands on acute patient care at the bedside.

Position Specifics:
  • Department: Med/Surg
  • Core Function: Nursing
  • Schedule: Full Time, Days, 36 hrs/wk, 7am-7pm
  • Facility: St. Elizabeth’s Hospital
  • Location: O’Fallon, IL
Education Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
  • Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
