Job summary

SEO HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgery team, delivering hands-on acute patient care at the bedside and coordinating clinical activities.

Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers with licensure as an RN in the state of practice. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Provide nursing care within the Surgery department.
• Contribute to patient care planning and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Education

Education Qualifications
