Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical in New Brunswick, NJ. You will provide comprehensive nursing care for a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions, administer medications, monitor vitals, and execute care plans under physician direction.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you'll support discharge planning and educate patients and families on disease management. You will document care in the EMR and follow hospital policies.

Qualifications

• ADN/BSN required with an active RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience in medical-surgical or similar setting preferred.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in EMR and comply with hospital policies.
