Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for a diverse patient population, including those with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in EMR in compliance with hospital and departmental policies.
