Qualifications

• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population in med-surg.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician-directed treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and facilitate discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes per hospital policies
