Incredible Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Med Surg in Framingham, MA. The role supports a diverse patient population across acute and chronic conditions, with emphasis on patient education and collaborative care.

Shifts include day, night, and mid shifts. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are available. Eligible benefits include 401K, medical coverage, PTO, cross training, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree
• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year nursing experience, med-surg preferred
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and implement physician-directed treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care
• Document all aspects of patient care per hospital policies and standards

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license

• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies
