Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Marble Falls, TX. The role targets nurses with experience in cardiac, neuro, oncology, orthopedics, ostomy care, and more.

Night shifts are available across full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules in a high-profile hospital setting. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vitals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and guiding discharge planning.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical setting.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and execute treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care per policies.

Qualifications

• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies
