Incredible Health is hiring Registered Nurses for the Med Surg unit in Cypress, TX, with day, night and mid shifts available. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are offered.

Pay ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have ADN or higher, an active RN license in Texas, at least 1 year of medical-surgical experience, BLS certification, EMR proficiency, and strong clinical skills to assess and care for diverse

Formación

• Active RN license in Texas
• Minimum 1 year medical-surgical nursing experience
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
• Proficiency with EMR systems

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management, and post-discharge care
• Document all aspects of patient care in accordance with hospital and departmental policies

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
