Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Henderson, NV. Shifts available: day and night. Roles include full-time and part-time positions in a teaching hospital with a Level 3 trauma center and strong patient-care responsibilities.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, collaboration with care teams, and patient education. Requires ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS, and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with both acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Salary: $64,680 to $119,530 /year
