Job summary

Incredible Health in Glendale, CA seeks a registered nurse for Med-Surg to deliver patient care to diverse populations with acute and chronic conditions on day, night, or mid shifts. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and compassionate care.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and document care in EMR in accordance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
