Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in the Washington, DC area. Shifts available include day, night, and mid, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities.

You will care for diverse patient populations including cardiac, neuro, oncology, orthopedic, and more, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support discharge planning, and document care in the EMR.

Formación

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in EMR per policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing

• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies
