Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Eastern Correctional Institution in Westover, Maryland. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to a wide range of medical and psychosocial needs.

The role requires an active Maryland RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license in Maryland.
• Must show/obtain PPD tuberculosis screening documentation.
• Certified in CPR/BLS.
• Ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under DON/Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to identify and respond to medical, psychological and social needs.
• Perform nursing assessments and implement care plans within scope of practice.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.Partnering with Ruach Consulting, we are currently seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Eastern Correctional Institution located in Westover, Maryland.

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
• Prior nursing experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
