Registered Nurse Maternal Reviewer / Per Diem

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse Maternal Reviewer for a non-profit organization in New York. The position offers a salary of $50/hr on a per diem basis.

Responsibilities:

• Complete pre-review activities, including reviewing previous monitoring data and program documentation.
• Conduct hybrid monitoring activities, reviewing patient records and billing for specified components and time frames.
• Perform site observations and staff interviews, noting any deficiencies.
• Provide technical assistance to program personnel as needed.
• Draft provider monitoring reports based on data and monitoring findings.
• Manage documentation and review statuses using databases and shared platforms.

Requirements:

• Active qualification and registration in New York State (e.g., Registered Nurse, Pediatric/Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician's Assistant).
• Preferably, at least 2 years of clinical practice in pediatric, adolescent, or reproductive health care.
• Experience reviewing charts for quality improvement or utilization review is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Teams.
• Ability to travel within the metropolitan area for on-site reviews (~25 days/year).
