Job summary

Tenet Healthcare seeks a Nursing Manager who will provide leadership and support to the senior executive position (CNO) and oversee nursing and designated patient care services within the hospital. The role requires maintaining 24/7 responsibility for assigned areas and ensuring high quality, safe care while supporting the CNO.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license, demonstrate strong leadership and hospital operations capabilities, and serve as a role model for the nursing profession

Has highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability, and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Required

• Minimum Education : Academic degree in nursing.
• Minimum Experience: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
