Ascension Health in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse for the CVICU, with a focus on delivering high‑quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The role requires BLS certification, Oklahoma RN licensure, and leadership experience to support unit operations.

Qualifications

• Licensure/certification/registration required, plus 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience.
• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire and RN credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
• Professional licensure/certification and leadership experience are prerequisites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within the unit(s).
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services in the unit(s).
• Monitor and adhere to budget; approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure budget compliance.
• Ensure a high level of associate, patient and physician satisfaction.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, counseling, development and evaluating of staff.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
