Job summary

Progeny Human Resource Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit in Asheville, NC. This full-time role leads clinical care, supports nursing leadership, and fosters professional development within a Mission Health setting.

The ideal candidate holds an NC RN license or eNLC eligibility, achieves national specialty certification within a year, and maintains BLS. A minimum of five years in nursing with leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with North Carolina Board of Nursing; eNLC license may apply, confirm with NCBON.
• National Certification in area of specialty within one year of accepting the role; leadership or clinical practice certification.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification is required.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience; at least 2 years in leadership/managerial role.

• National Certification in area of specialty within one year of accepting the role. Certification may be in leadership or area of clinical practice. Those actively pursuing degree must obtain national certification within 1 year of graduation.
• BLS Healthcare Provider
• Required Experience: A minimum of five years of recent nursing experience; 2 years in relevant clinical hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills – charge or manager experience is required
