Job summary

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Ocala, Florida. This full-time position requires vigilance in caring for critically ill patients, including those on ventilators and drips, with a team-focused, patient-centered approach.

Ideal candidates will have an Florida RN license (or compact license with Florida licensure within 60 days), BSN preferred, and BLS/ACLS within defined timeframes.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license required or approved multistate license, compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation.
• BSN preferred; Associate Degree acceptable.
• BLS certification due within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire/transfer.
• 1 year of recent Acute Care ICU RN experience; 2+ years PCU RN experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Care for CVICU patients, including those on ventilators and various drips.
• Serve as patient and family advocate while protecting privacy.
• Instruct patients/families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Provide high-focus care with commitment to continuous improvement.

Registered Nurse candidates for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• 1 year of Recent (within the last 2-3 years) Acute Care ICU RN experience. *Would Consider 2+ years of PCU RN experience
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Associate Degree, BSN preferred
• BLS within 30 days of hire/transfer
• ACLS within 90 days of hire/transfer
