Citizensmemorial in Bolivar, MO is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN weekend position in our 111-bed long-term care facility. The RN is integral to the healthcare team, focusing on high-quality resident care and safe medication administration.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, assess residents, monitor ADLs, and support admissions and discharges, while adhering to federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active Missouri license.
• Proficient in safe medication administration and resident assessments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications safely according to physician orders.
• Monitor activities of daily living (ADLs) and perform treatments as required.
• Assist with resident admissions and discharges and contribute to the care Plan of Care.

• Department Nursing - Long Term Care

The skilled nursing facilityis a111-bed facility located in Bolivar, MO.

A typical day will include: The opportunity to develop a relationship with our residents and supportive healthcare team. The registered nurse (RN) is an integral part of the healthcare team who is responsible for providing excellent care to the residents in the facility, utilizing strong critical thinking and assessment skills, in accordance with federal and state regulations.The Charge Nurse assigns care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The RN is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order. The Charge Nurse is part of the interdisciplinary team responsible for facilitating resident admissions and discharges as well as the development of the resident Plan of Care.

The position is PRN, weekends
