Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Charge Nurse in long term care to lead clinical staff and ensure high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes supervision, compassionate patient interactions, and teamwork within a dedicated care team.

Candidates must hold an active RN or LPN/LVN license, have at least one year of supervisory experience, and demonstrate a stable work history with a commitment to excellence in long-term care. A reliable means of transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing as required by state.
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must have stable work history and the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships required.
• Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities.
• Reliable transportation required.

Working as a Charge Nurse in long term care is an opportunity unique from all other health care facilities. Not only are supervisory and leadership experience essential, but Charge Nurses in long term care must also possess compassion, patience, and understanding to truly be successful. If you are a Registered Nurse RN or Licensed Nurse LPN/LVN with the passion and commitment for teamwork, clinical excellence, and have those essential qualities, this role may be for you!

Posted Salary Range

USD $35.00 - USD $39.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
