Job summary

Full Circle Health is seeking a Medical Assistant/LPN for our Meridian Clinic in Meridian, ID. This full-time role supports providers in direct patient care and documentation within the medical record.

The position follows a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with potential rotating Saturday and evening shifts. Opportunities exist for growth within a patient-centered medical home model.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program or LPN.
• Current certification by recognized MA or LPN body.
• Experience in a primary care clinic or outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care alongside providers.
• Support the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the patient’s medical record.

Purpose

The Medical Assistant (MA) shall be accountable for 1) providing excellent direct patient care alongside our providers, 2) supporting the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care and 3) maintaining accurate and complete documentation within the patient's medical record.

Schedule

Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with the opportunity for rotating Saturday and evening shifts.

QualificationsEducation

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program or LPN from accredited College of Nursing.

Licensure / Certification

Currently certified by American Medical Technologists, American Association of Medical Assistants, American Registry of Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurse or other accredited certifying organization.

Experience

• Entry level; previous medical assistant or LPN experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a primary care clinic / outpatient setting preferred.
